Healthy Reds and BLU Smoothie

Makes 2 servings
  • 1 cup chopped raw beets (peeled)
  • ½  cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup dairy free milk (unsweetened almond milk)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ½ inch fresh ginger (peeled) 
  • 2 stick packs of Collagen BLU
  • 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds (reserve a pinch for garnish on top!)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and enjoy!


Collagen Hot Cocoa

Makes 2 servings


  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 date
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick pack of Collagen BLU (Do not add to small pot)


  1. Place milk, cashews, cacao, date and cinnamon in a small pot over medium heat. Let it come to a gentle simmer. 

  2. Slowly add mixture to a Vitamix or similar blender, then add CollagenBLU on top of milk mixture and blend until smooth. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top or shaved chocolate to garnish!

Collagen Paleo Pancakes

Makes 4 pancakes
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (flax meal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 stick packs of Collagen BLU
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans (reserve 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (reserve 1 tablespoon)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ground flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon pecans, Collagen BLU and coconut with a fork until combined.
  2. Top with egg and milk and mix it all together thoroughly with a fork.
  3. Heat a little bit of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat When the skillet is hot, drop batter into the pan (about 3 tablespoons of of batter per pancake) and cook for 2-3 three minutes on each side, or until golden brown.  
  4. Stack 2 pancakes per serving and sprinkle with reserved pecans and coconut.  


Chocolate Smoothie

CollagenBLU Chocolate Smoothie

Makes 2 smoothies


  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 sticks of Collagen BLU 


  1. Add milk and CollagenBLUto a high-powered blender and pulse until combined.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend one minute.
