Our products ship via USPS Priority, UPS or First Class Mail. These may change from time to time. All orders will be shipped Monday – Friday. We will do everything in our power to ship orders within 48 hours. Tracking numbers will be provided upon availability.

Collagen BLU, Inc. is also not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that may arise during shipping, unless proven to be related to packaging or faulty product.

Free shipping offers are only available on orders that ship via USPS within the 48 Contiguous States. (Does not apply to APO/FPO shipments by USPS)
