Excellent product and I love putting this in my coffee every morning! Ads a nice flavor to it. Also, after about 6 weeks now, I’ve noticed my nails grow faster and my hair is longer and more vibrant. But the best part is my facial skin is glowing and smoooth! I really do notice a difference. I’m also sleeping much deeper with less back aches.
